Refund policy

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. The product must be in new/unused condition or no refund will be provided.

Customers have 14 days from shipment date to return or exchange items. 

For Walkabout Orders, only products that have been tried on (not used) can be returned or exchanged. Please do not return a product with hair on it. Take the time to return the product in new condition. Use tape to remove hair from the products and a wire brush may be used to loosen hair in the Velcro. We reserve the right to refuse to refund any products in which no attempt has been made to clean a product being returned. There will be a $5.00 cleaning fee on all products returned with hair. If we feel the product is not in new condition, it will be returned to you.

To begin the return or exchange process, email us at customerservice@goldenwags.com confirming that your product is in new/unused condition. You will be given a RA# (Return Authorization Number) and shipping instructions. Please let us know why you are returning your product so that we can continue improving our company and its service to you.

If order is incorrect or damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt and there is no charge for returned shipment. Must be in original condition and box including all parts and packaging.

When getting ready to ship your product back to us, include a copy of the original invoice inside and your RA# written clearly on the outside of the package, as well as on the packing slip. Some products do not need an RA#, we will let you know.

Shipping your prepaid package via FedEx or UPS is preferred. Be sure to save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We do not accept COD. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.

Refunds will only be provided once product is checked in and approved by our vendor. Refunds do not include shipping charges.
