Thanks for asking! Our Diatomaceous Earth is effective for internal parasites in the intestinal tract, however, it's difficult if they are in the bloodstream. We always recommend following our labeling guidelines.

Will using diatomaceous earth take care of all types of worms in dogs and cats? Should I use the dose recommended on the container for this purpose? I noticed that other sites recommend higher doses for using diatomaceous earth for worms. Thank you.
